Please leave out a cooler to avoid being charged for a Good to Go cooler bag. If our delivery staff cannot locate a cooler at drop-off, we will leave one of our bags and send an invoice for $5.

How do I get the goods?
We deliver! There is a $5 delivery fee, and the order minimum for delivery is as follows: no minimum if you live within 3 miles of the Botany Woods neighborhood, between 3-6 miles we ask for a $50 minimum order, 6-10 miles is an $85 minimum, and 10 miles plus is $100.
Pick up is available and those customers receive a 10% discount! Pick up is at 409 Botany Rd. 26915.
Are the items frozen?
Yes, most of our meals are fully cooked and frozen, and simply need reheating. We offer fresh specials weekly, including salads, pasta salads, fruit, dips, and cheese boards. 
What is the best way to thaw and heat my casserole?
Place your meal in your refrigerator 24 hours before cooking to thaw, then follow the instructions on the label. It is almost always best to cover your dish with foil while in the oven. 
I forgot to thaw my meal last night, can I still cook?
Yes! Double the cooking time on the lable and remember to keep covered with foil. 
How do I know that my order has been placed?
You will receive an email or text confirmation once you place your order.
